The Contribution Regulations regulate the contributions to be paid by the members. This version was thus decided in the Assembly of Delegates on 20. March 2019 in Pamporovo/Bulgaria.
§ 1 Financial resources
The financial resources of ISIA are to be procured through membership fees voluntary grants and cooperation contributions.
§ 2 Amount of contributions
Each member shall have unsolicited for any ski and snow sports instructor represented by him who is entitled to pay an annual contribution in accordance with the ISIA quality standards to the purchase of the ISIA brand or the ISIA Card. The amount of contributions is determined by the Assembly of Delegates and currently amounts to:
- up to 500 ski and snow sports instructors a basic contribution of EUR 1,500.00
in addition, per ski and snow sports instructor EUR 3,00
The deadline for the contribution payment is 1. October for the following fiscal year. The contributions are to be transferred to the account of the ISIA.
§ 3 Obligations
The contributions are kept at a level that allows the ISIA to comply with its administrative obligations and to perform the tasks assigned by the Assembly of Delegates.
ISIA is liable to third parties only with its assets. A supplementary payment obligation of the members is excluded.
National ski instructor associations that are behind with their contributions can only receive the trademarks of the ISIA once they have paid their debts and/or the contributions due.
§ 4 Contribution debt/exclusion
If a member does not pay his contribution, he loses his right to vote until his debt is settled. With a two-year return, the Assembly of Delegates may exclude the defaulting member.
