New employee
I am glad to introduce you for the first time today! My name is Alena Bielke, I am 22 years old and will be in charge of the new ISIA Office in Grainau. In September 2015 I started my training as an event manager at the German Ski Instructors Association. After a successful final examination in January ́18, the DSLV took over me as an employee in the field of education and training. In the future, I will not only work for the German Ski Instructors Association, but will also supervise the new office of the International Ski Instructors Association. From September, I will study sports, cultural and event management at the University of Applied Sciences in Kufstein in addition to my professional activity. I am looking forward to a variety of new tasks, to many international contacts and to as many of you as possible at the ISIA Congress 2018

New Secretary-General
At its meeting in Zurich at the end of January 2018, the Bureau appointed Peter Hennekes as the new Secretary-General of ISIA. He succeeds Hugo Reider, who after many years and with great merit in international ski teaching hands over this task. Peter Hennekes has been the Managing Director of the German Ski Instructors Association for many years and has great experience, especially in the international environment. “I am honored that the ISIA Bureau has entrusted me with this responsible task and look forward to helping to shape the future of ISIA with my ideas, proposals and expectations. Let us develop the ISIA with each other, communicate transparently and honestly and pursue our global goals together. It can only be done together, with mutual respect and trust,“ Peter Hennekes describes his future motto as the new Secretary-General.

Invitation to the ISIA Congress 2018
The invitation to the ISIA Congress 2018 from 17 to 21. June 2018 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and at the ISIA Assembly of Delegates on 19.06.2018 will be sent by e-mail on 18.05.2018. The registration deadline at the German Ski Instructors Association is 31.05.2018.
