SAPUL is the only internationally recognised organisation within Slovakia that trains and certifies ski and snowboard instructors. SAPUL was founded by Jaroslav Pavelka together with 3 co-founders in 1991, who founded first private Ski & Snowboard school in Slovakia, soon after collapse of USSR. Foundation of SAPUL was result of desperate need on Slovakian market for professionally trained snow sport instructors which were suddenly needed in private ski schools.
