Only through the use of high-quality snow sports instructors does the guest, regardless of age group and performance class, experience the valuable and eventful lessons. For the snow sports schools, the great challenge in our time is to find and use very well-trained snow sports enthusiasts. On the other hand, more and more highly qualified teachers are looking for interesting and as worldwide opportunities as possible to work as snow sports instructors. With its new ISIA Job platform, the International Ski Instructors Association (ISIA) brings together these two objectives and offers both snow sports instructors and professional snow sports schools around the world a service in which the interests of both groups are brought together.

The aim of the ISIA is to shape the worldwide community of professional snow sports instructors, national member associations and the different markets into a strong, vibrant community. ISIA members want to benefit from each other, share experiences with others and contribute to the joint success. The ISIA is particularly important that this platform is and remains exclusively for the professional teachers who are affiliated in the ISIA and are reserved for the professional snow sports schools in the ISIA member associations.
